Forum Description

ZENNER IoT Gateways & PLUG&PLAY Solutions now in many EU Countries

So far, the use of the ZENNER IoT Gateways from the ZENNERShop and the IoT PLUG&PLAY solutions based on them was limited exclusively to our LoRaWAN® network in Germany. But that's the end of it now J. Because from now on, with the launch of the ZENNER shop in our neighboring European countries, these can also be used in many other European countries in order to implement LoRaWAN® applications . In concrete terms, we are now represented in the following countries, with more to come this year:

Germany, Denmark, France, Hungary, Sweden, Slovenia, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Croatia, Spain

A nice side effect: You benefit (especially as a community member) from the fact that your LoRaWAN® devices integrated in the network can transmit data not only via your own gateways, but also via the gateways of other users in these countries (encrypted, of course), from one shared IoT infrastructure with growing network coverage, and not just in Germany, but also beyond.

GatewayPLUS with ZENNER IoT PLUG&PLAY

Are you still wondering what exactly this ZENNER IoT PLUG&PLAY is and what does it all have to do with the ZENNER IoT Gateways? As already explained in some other blog posts here in the Community, PLUG&PLAY means that you don't have to worry about complex installation or configuration processes to get your LoRaWAN® devices up and running. If you order a GatewayPLUS SMART, GatewayPLUS Indoor or GatewayPLUS Outdoor in the ZENNERShop, it is already preconfigured in our Minol ZENNER Connect network EUROPE and basically only needs to be connected to a power source. True to the motto "Gateway... Sensor... ready... go!". If you also want access to the B.One Gallery visualization tool in order to evaluate your sensor data and set up notifications for critical status changes, you can simply select the corresponding additional option ZENNER IoT PLUG&PLAY via the checkbox when ordering a gateway. This gives you a right to use the platform for an initial period of 24 months, in which you can integrate up to 50 sensors. These can be devices that you already have in use and that are compatible with the B.One Gallery or devices that you have also ordered with the IoT PLUG&PLAY option in the shop. The advantage of the latter: The sensors are already created for you in the B.One Gallery and you can view your data directly after receiving your access data.

ZENNER IoT PLUG&PLAY Solutions - Gateway... Sensor... ready... go!

You can find more about this, including application examples, in the blog article "Internet of Things (IoT) - it's quite simple..." , in our blog category ZENNER IoT PLUG&PLAY and at mz-connect.com/shop/en/zenner-iot-plugandplay. You can find more about the visualization tool in our blog category B.One Gallery.

Internationalization of the B.One Community

In addition to the expansion of the ZENNER shop and our Minol ZENNER Connect LoRaWAN® network, we are also growing with you as a B.One Community beyond the national borders of Germany. As you may have noticed or read in one of our last posts, all the content and areas of the community are no longer only available in German, but also in English. From now on, future updates and articles will usually be published in two languages. You are cordially invited to actively participate in the discussions about IoT, LoRaWAN® and exciting use cases, also in English! Do you know English-speaking like-minded people who are not yet a member of our community but might be interested? Then simply invite them via the "Email Invites" tab in your profile. With the growth of our Community and the support of you and our future members, there will certainly be more and more regional contributions and news :-) We are already looking forward to it!

Do you have any questions, feedback or suggestions? Then off with it in the comments!
